We have expertise across all platforms, and can support Windows desktops, servers and virtual environments, and how Macs fit into this mix. We have a Helpdesk for all levels of support, and with a big network of Mac Administrators, can expand and contract as required, anywhere around the globe.

Annie Swanton

Director

Annie has been working with businesses of all sizes in the Apple space for almost 20 years. Sick of seeing people make money off of IT services that didn't work, she launched Autonomous IT in 2017 to deliver IT support in a way that felt right. She works every day to create a business and workplace that she is proud to call herself director of.

Michel Morgan

Systems Engineer

Michel has been working in the IT industry for 8 years. He believes in providing intuitive solutions and experience for the end user, working with both Mac and Windows environments. He is passionate about technology and innovation and as well as education, Michel has experience working with small and large businesses, planning, implementing and supporting IT infrastructure and solutions.

Christopher Smaljov

Remote Support Engineer

Christopher has been working in the IT industry for 4 years. He has experience working in small, medium, large and enterprise businesses supporting and implementing IT infrastructure. He is passionate about technology and innovation and as well as education. He has experience working with Mac and Windows environments he is Jamf, Apple, and Microsoft Certified.

Rob Nellist

Technical Director

Rob has been working in the IT and Telecommunications industry for over 12 years.  He has vast experience working in small, medium and enterprise businesses supporting and implementing the Telecommunications and IT infrastructure.  Working with Mac, Windows and Linux environments he is Jamf and Apple Certified. He strongly believes in focusing on proactive support with the aim of minimising IT disruption to the user.

Peter Mason

Desktop Support Engineer

Peter has been working in the IT industry for 22 years.  He is passionate about technology and has extensive experience working with small, medium and enterprise businesses as well as home users, supporting and implementing Telecommunications and IT infrastructure.  He works with and uses both Mac and Windows platforms and believes in providing the best solution for the job.  He also holds Apple certifications and Jamf qualifications and likes to keep on top of changing trends.

Lynne Chillemi

Office Administrator

Lynne has been working in administrative and customer service roles for over 20 years. She has always had a love of figures and order, so keeping the team at Autonomous in line is a good fit. Her role at Autonomous IT has opened her eyes to the world of technology and taught her things she never thought she'd know. She enjoys working as part of the Autonomous IT team to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
